1. Return Guidelines
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
2. Error & Damage Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

3. Refund Modes, Fees & Calculations
For returns due to customer reasons (size change, quality expectations, or design preference), select your mode during booking. This choice is final.

*Note: Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid (after discounts/coupons), not the MRP.
Refund mode cannot be changed once the return request is initiated.
4. Pickup & Verification
- Timeline: Refund is processed within 24–72 hours after the pickup is successfully completed.
- Strict Verification: If the product is found damaged (unreported), mismatched, or the quantity is incorrect, the pickup will be cancelled.
- Liability: We are only responsible for items officially booked in the return request.
5. Self-Ship (Rare Cases)
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, ship the parcel to our warehouse:
- Wallet Refund: Courier charges will be reimbursed to your Wallet after verification.
- UPI Refund: No extra deductions apply as the customer pays the courier directly.
- Timeline: Refund issued only after the parcel is received and verified at our warehouse.

- Timeline: Refund takes 9 days after warehouse verification.
- Deductions: A Rs.150 deduction applies to both Prepaid and COD orders for UPI/Bank refunds.
